This 12" Radio Control Dalek Thay, appeared in the episode "Daleks in Manhattan" where two of the Daleks had to sacrifice some of their Dalekenium to construct the transmitter mask on the top of the Empire State builiding. Thay is depicted here with the two panels missing he has full R/C functions including authentic 360 degree travel, flashing lights and speech. Automated head & eye movement with poseable gun and arm.
